As the publication's editor, I write daily news for the website, liaise with companies and PRs to commission opinion and thought-leadership features, market the content on our social media platforms, and curate a weekly newsletter for an exclusive group of readers.
For the magazine's bi-monthy print run, I write multiple features for each edition, conduct interviews with business and industry leaders, commission freelance and contributed content, subedit these external pieces, liaise with the publication's design and sales teams, and market the editions online for increased engagement and reach.
I am Machinery''s youngest and first-ever female editor, so I have a particular interest in diversifying the magazine's content and readership, with the hope to increase and improve its overall impact.
